If you are unable to keep your dog because of circumstances in your life, you can owner surrender your animal to Maltese Rescue California. We will take ownership of your pet, and begin the path to finding a forever home that is the least disruptive toward the dog. You will need to fill out an Release of Ownership Agreement / Dog Personality Profile for your pet. The Release of Ownership Agreement legally changes ownership of the animal from you to Maltese Rescue California. The Personality Profile gives the information most requested by adopters, giving your pet the best possible chance of finding a new home that will be a good match for him or her.
